As a lifelong educator and leader in the special education space, I am pleased to launch The Executive Function Project to help teachers, parents, and students access their executive functions and take ownership over their learning. I hold a BS in Psychology, an MS in Special Education, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership. I am the founder of The Westport Day School in Connecticut. I retreat to the state of Maine any chance I get and am never reading less than 3 books at one time!

I’m thrilled to be part of The Executive Function Project team! With my degrees in Secondary Education and Learning Design and Technology, plus 8 years teaching English to middle and high school students across New York and Connecticut, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping learners strengthen their executive functioning skills. When I’m not supporting students and educators, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and unwinding at the beach. These moments recharge me as I work alongside you to build brighter futures—one skill at a time.

Hello all! I am so excited to be a part of The Executive Function Project team. I have worked in the education field for almost a decade in both the public and charter sphere. With a bachelors in English from the University of Connecticut, a master's in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Sixth Year Degree from Sacred Heart University, I have experience in both school administration, classroom teaching and many roles in between. My passion is fueled by collaborating with staff, students, and families to enact creative solutions for change and support. Curating professional development opportunities that meet the diverse needs of a school community truly brings joy. Aside from being an educator, I love to cook, lift weights, and explore new places. I look forward to our partnership!
